Self-Paced Training
The Trauma-Informed Manager
Trauma-Informed Manager Training is a self-paced course designed for managers who want to lead with clarity, credibility, and relational responsibility in today’s complex work environments. Rather than focusing on personality or motivation, this training centers management as human work that requires structure, safety, and thoughtful coordination. Through short lectures and guided workbooks, participants learn how trauma shows up at work, how managerial behavior shapes safety and trust, and how to steward time, effort, energy, and attention without overfunctioning or burning out. This course is best suited for reflective managers who want a practical, research-informed framework they can apply immediately to real work situations.

Feel More Confident and Less Stressed as a Manager
This course helps you understand what actually belongs to your role and what does not. By clarifying responsibility, boundaries, and decision-making, you will spend less time second-guessing yourself, overfunctioning for others, or reacting under pressure. The result is more confidence, less unnecessary stress, and a clearer sense of control over your work.
Manage Problems Earlier Instead of Cleaning Up Later
Rather than reacting to conflict, disengagement, or missed expectations after they escalate, this training teaches you how to notice patterns and conditions that create problems in the first place. You will be better equipped to address issues earlier, reduce friction, and create working environments where problems are easier to manage and less costly to fix.
Take your managerial career to the
next level!
We will help you ground your style in trauma-informed management so you can excel in your role as a modern manager.
